If REV Made a Mistake:
If we have sent you the wrong item (s), please contact us immediately. Please review and follow the process below in order for REV to pay for the return shipping. We will request UPS to pick up your return package.
A. E-mail us at info@revmaterials.com and describe the problem with your order, including the Product Code, Sales Order Number and Number of Containers no later than (5) five business days after you have received the materials.
B. In the e-mail, please request a return authorization (RA) number and provide other shipping information needed for a pick-up.
C. REV will send you an RA number. Please properly prepare the shipment and mark a label with the RA number and clearly place on the outside of the pail.
D. REV will issue a UPS Call Tag and have UPS pick up your package.
E. We will also ship the appropriate material that was originally ordered.
If You Made a Mistake:
If you wish to exchange an item for reasons other than those listed above, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Such items may be returned only in unopened containers where the seal of the pail cover has NOT been broken. We will accept a returned item only if you are willing to replace the returned material with an order of another material. Please review the process below in order for REV to approve a return.
A. Inspect the pail to insure that the seal of the cover has not been broken.
B. E-mail us at info@revmaterials.com and describe your reason for requesting a return no later than (10) ten business days after you have received the materials.
C. In the e-mail, please request an RA number and also let us know what material you would like to order as a replacement for the one you originally ordered.
D. REV will send an RA number, so please make sure to mark a label with the RA number and clearly place it on the outside of the pail.
E. Ship the materials back to REV Materials via UPS at the address below.
F. REV will charge a re-stocking fee of 25% for the return, and will then ship out the replacement order.
